RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase and will accept any returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your items.

CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in their original condition. Products must be unworn, unwashed and have the tags still attached.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To return an items, please email info@la-zestudios.com with your request. We will then provide you with an RA number and the next steps to return your goods.

Please note that the shipping cost of returns will be at the expense of the customer.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed, after the goods are received. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

If you are exchanging for another size or item, we will endeavour to process this within 48 hours of receiving your return and a new tracking number will be sent via email.
